Switzerland Inn Policies
We have a 10 day cancellation policy. As long as you give us at least ten days in advance you will receive your one night's deposit back minus a $20 cancellation fee. Within ten days of arrival you will forfeit your one night's deposit.
Early Departure Policy
There will be an early departure charge of a one night's rate if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.
Registered resort pet guests are welcome at Switzerland Inn. Pet rooms are limited and are based on availability. Two dogs may be registered to a room, if a valid credit card is on file. Please note that our pet policy extends only to dogs. Guests are required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage, personal injury or disturbance caused by the dog(s). Each room with a dog(s) will be charged a fee of $75 per stay (the charge is per room not per dog). At no time may the dog be left alone in the room. In the event that a dog begins to bark or is the cause of guest complaints, the guest will be asked to remove the pet and may be liable for financial compensation to those guests disturbed. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify from this exemption under ADA guidelines. For your convenience, our pet floors are first floor rooms.
Housekeepers are on-site daily from 9 AM until 3 PM. They provide daily service to guests rooms. If you would not like service during your stay please let us know. If your privacy sign is up you will not receive daily service.
The Switzerland Inn is a smoke free property.
Quiet Hours Policy
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, the hotel enforces a Quiet Hour's policy in our guest rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest rooms after 10:30 p.m. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created, as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel, without a refund. These guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel.
