Due to continued COVID-19 restrictions the Switzerland Inn and Chalet Restaurant will only be offering breakfast and dinner services to members and hotel guests only throughout the remainder of the 2020 season. Walk-ins will not be accommodated in dining room, outdoor terrace or the Fowl Play Pub.

Lunch will be available to the public 11:30 until 2:00 PM, on a first come first served basis. Please note during October our waitlist is typically booked prior to 2:00 PM. There is no guarantee of a table. At 2:00 PM the resort will become private to guests and members. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to being able to accommodate everyone in 2021.

Switzerland Inn Wellbeing Efforts

We are pleased to welcome you back to the Switzerland Inn and Chalet Restaurant. We want to assure you that our number one priority is the health and safety of our guests and employees. Please review information about some changes you can expect when you arrive and throughout your stay.

General Property Information

-The property has been deep cleaned and sanitized. We are maintaining a schedule of multiple sanitation cleanings daily to ensure safe and comfortable environments for our guests and employees.

-Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the property.

-Disposable masks are available upon request.

-The health of our employees is being carefully monitored. Any employee that has any reason to believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19 or are showing symptoms will be asked to remain isolated for fourteen days.

Arrivals and Departures

-Guest rooms will be sanitized after each check-out by our maintenance and housekeeping staff.

-Arrivals will be spaced out to allow for individualized check-in. Check-in will be expedited to accommodate minimal contact. Front desk agents may be reached by phone at any time for any additional assistance.

-Guests will receive a final bill via email prior to departure. If you have any questions regarding your bill you may visit the front desk before 11 am or via phone by dialing 0.


We want to provide you the highest level of service, but we do understand if you prefer to limit employees entering you room. To accommodate personal preference, we will be offering several housekeeping options. If you wish to have no housekeeping service please place your privacy sign on the door at all times.

-Housekeeping Daily Service- The classic housekeeping services will be provided for guests who prefer daily make up and linen service.

-Housekeeping Daily Drop Service- We understand that some of you may not want to share your space with others once you arrive. Upon arrival, we will discuss options for additional requests and linen exchanges.


-Dining will be outside and at a minimum six feet of separation when weather permits. Indoor dining will be available during inclement weather, or for those who prefer inside seating at a maximum of fifty percent occupancy.

-While we are always diligent in maintaining health and sanitation codes, surfaces will be sanitized with increased regularity.
